James Maxwell was educated at the University of Queensland in Australia, where he studied engineering, computer science, philosophy, psychology, English and economics.
James Maxwell’s travels have led him to find inspiration in over forty countries in six continents. He wrote his first novel in Thailand, second in Mexico, third in Austria, and is currently typing away in Malta.
The rest of the time, James Maxwell lives in Highbury, North London, with his wife Alicia, where he enjoys walking, wine and French cooking, when he isn’t on one of his frequent expeditions worldwide.
